The MEDICOSMETICS GROUP story began in 1953 when the founders Dr. and Mrs. Jan H.R. Beaujon opened a pharmacy in Willemstad, Curaçao, Botica Caribe.Two more pharmacies folowed after that, Botica Moderna and Botica Colon.Over the years the focus of the business shifted from dispensing to distribution and Curaçao Pharmacal Company B.V. was established in 1963 as a limited liability company under the laws of the Netherlands Antilles.Medicosmetics Aruba N.V. followed in 1979 and Medicosmetics St. Maarten N.V. in 2001.
